Chem/Basket Service

• A collaboration with the homeowner and us to care for and maintain the pool.
• Weekly email notification as confirmation of service with basic information and any comments.
• Weekly water testing of Chlorine, Total Alkalinity, pH. Adding the necessary chemicals to balance the water.
• Quarterly water testing of Cyanuric Acid & Calcium Hardness. Adding the necessary chemicals to balance the water “AT AN ADDITIONAL COST”.
• Empty pool sweep bag or inline leaf canister and pump basket weekly as necessary.
• Empty skimmer basket weekly.
• Adjust pool run times for seasonal change.
• Check water levels & equipment operation for any issues, notify the customer of any repairs needed.
• REQUIRED TO CHOOSE AN ORENDA POOL CARE PLAN FOR PROACTIVE AND PREVENTATIVE POOL CARE DURING THE MONTHS WHERE WATER TEMPERATUES EXCEED 60 DEGREES. 

PLAN STARTS AT $135 (All POOLS 20K GALLONS OR GREATER WILL BE MORE)

Full Service

Full Service Plus+

• All the same services are covered under Full Service, but weekly vacuuming is done to pick up any debris the pools weep missed.
• REQUIRED TO CHOOSE AN ORENDA POOL CARE PLAN FOR PROACTIVE AND PREVENTATIVE POOL CARE DURING THE MONTHS WHERE WATER TEMPERATUES EXCEED 60 DEGREES. 

PLAN STARTS AT $250 (PRICE IS DETERMINED BY SIZE, ACCESSIBILITY, POOL /SPA LAYOUT, LANDSCAPE AND AMOUNT OF DEBRIS)

Hot Tub

• Service with a pool is an additional $40 per month.
• Hot Tub only service is $70 per month and consists of chemical balancing only.
• Weekly email notification as confirmation of service with basic information and any comments.
